How Long Will it Take For My Item to Arrive?

Please allow 10-30 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding handling time) for your product to arrive. The reason why is because sometimes seasons, congestion, circumstances, logistics, and product availability can be heavily impacted thus resulting in slower shipping times. We will always update you with what is going on with your parcel via tracking and updates.

Our handling process is usually completed within 1-5 WORKING DAYS, however, this can be affected due to seasons, congestion, circumstances, logistics, and product availability. We will update you along the way with what is happening with your order. However, we do ask to be patient as sometimes it can get quite busy. We want to help you with your order so please be patient and if there are any issues please contact us.

If 30 days have passed and you have not received any updates please contact us. We will do our very best to help.

Where Will My Item be Shipped From?

We have warehouses all around the world stocking our products. This will ultimately then vary upon where you live. This will also affect shipping as sometimes it can be longer for some countries but shorter for some. Our tracking code which we provide will tell you where your product is coming from and when it is arriving into your residency.

When Will I Recieve My Tracking Number?

After our handling process which consists of over 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS, expect to receive your tracking information 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS after our handling process has taken place. The time you receive it may vary due to seasons, congestion, circumstances, logistics, and product availability.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you whereby you can enter it on our tracking page. We will also provide you with any further updates such as congestion, issues, etc. 

We will keep you updated on what is happening regarding our systems and logistics. If you do not hear from us please contact us. 

What Happens if I receive a Customs Charge?

Unfortunately, we cannot pay any charges due to the fact we cannot calculate them into our prices. This is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs fees or any other fees they may come across when taking delivery of the product. 

How Long Will my Tracking Number be Valid For?

Is Tracking Updated Daily?

Due to seasons, congestion, circumstances, logistics, and product availability, we cannot promise this. However, tracking is regularly updated so please check your tracking on a regular basis or so. If there are any issues feel free to contact us or we will contact you. 

All items take a 1-5 day handling process. Then it takes 1-3 days for tracking information to arrive. After this expect your product to be delivered within 10-30 business days
